We started the program with an anonymous diagnostic survey to gain insight into the team – to understand its training needs, level of knowledge about burnout, and ways of coping with stress at work. Based on the results, we planned a series of webinars and workshops aimed at both program staff and management.
The activities help participants recognize early signs of overload, regulate emotions, strengthen mental resilience, and take care of their well-being at work. Participation in the program not only raises awareness and provides specific tools, but also gives a sense of having an impact on the quality of both individual and team work.
