Webinars

As part of the Mokuteki 2026 programme, we are hosting a series of open online webinars focused on burnout, resilience, wellbeing and coaching practices in the context of civil society.

The webinars are designed as an accessible entry point into the programme. They introduce key ideas, tools and perspectives, while the accompanying workshops offer a more practical space for deeper exploration and skills development. A sensible division of labour, because apparently one 90-minute meeting cannot solve systemic burnout.

The webinars are intended for Mokuteki community, NGO professionals, donors, psychologists, psychotherapists, coaches, facilitators, HR professionals and others supporting civil society and mission-driven teams.

All webinars take place online on Wednesdays, from 15:00 to 16:30.

About the initiative

Mokuteki (目的, Japanese for “purpose”). The heart of it is our original training program for those who are willing to provide support to leaders of human rights organizations in Ukraine. Participants of our training sessions learn how to use coaching methods and knowledge about burnout, stress, trauma, and organizational management.

We have devised our training program based on methods and tools developed over many years by the Culture Shock Foundation together with Magda Adamowicz from the Araminta collective.

Our trainees work with Ukrainian leaders during individual coaching sessions, providing them with the right conditions for regeneration and self-development.

Key focus areas include:

  • burnout prevention,
  • stress management and building emotional resilience,
  • people and organizational management.
