About us

Burnout Aid is an international portal dedicated to preventing professional and activist burnout, restoring work-life balance, and fostering a healthy organizational culture. It was launched in 2020 by the Culture Shock Foundation – a Polish non-governmental organization operating since 2010. The Foundation is entered into the National Court Register under KRS No. 0000368482 (VAT ID: 7010266677, REGON: 142672904).
We operate in Poland and at the international level, reaching audiences in Europe, the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Ukraine.

We create Burnout Aid for activists and leaders – especially working in the NGO sector, cultural institutions, and the social sector. However, our content and tools are available for anyone interested in workplace well-being.
