Mokuteki 目的

Coaching program for individuals supporting civil society in Ukraine

A space for growth for those who support others.

Focused on burnout prevention, trauma-informed work, and building resilience.

About the initiative

Welcome — we’re so glad you’re here!

Mokuteki is a Japanese word 目的 that means purpose.
We chose this name because we believe that when working to support others, it’s essential to find and nurture your own purpose — the source of meaning, direction, and strength to act.

Our coaching program is designed for experienced coaches, psychologists, and facilitators who support civil society in Ukraine and within the Ukrainian diaspora.
Together, we create a space for learning, reflection, and renewal — focusing on burnout prevention, trauma-informed work, and building both personal and collective resilience.

The initiative was created by Paulina Jędrzejewska (CEO of FCS) and Magda Adamowicz, in collaboration with the international team of experts from Araminta.

Why did we create Mokuteki?

  • Because being a leader — or supporting leaders — can often feel lonely.
  • Because working in times of crisis requires attention, clarity, and care — not as a luxury, but as a necessity.
  • Because everyone who supports others deserves a space for learning, sharing experiences, and regeneration.
