For coaches working with Ukrainian civil society

Welcome — we’re truly glad you’re here.

Mokuteki means purpose in Japanese. This coaching program is designed for experienced coaches, psychologists, and facilitators who support civil society in Ukraine or the Ukrainian context abroad. Together, we’re building a space to learn, practice, and grow — with a strong focus on burnout prevention, trauma-informed tools, and community support.

What’s in it for you?

Between May and December 2025, you’ll take part in a process that includes:

  • 8 online expert workshops
  • 1 week of in-person training in Poland (Sept 2025)
  • Peer support, mentoring, and supervision
  • Coaching 1–3 clients (Ukrainian leaders in the human rights field)

Participation is free for Ukrainian-based coaches.
Applications closed on April 13.

Why we created Mokuteki?

Because leadership can be lonely. Because the work is hard and the world is complex. And because we believe that clarity, care, and curiosity are not luxuries — they’re necessities.

By joining this program, you become part of an international community of people who care deeply — about others, about social change, and about showing up in a grounded, sustainable way.

If you can’t join this edition but want to stay in the loop — let us know!
We’ll happily send you updates and an invite for the next cohort planned for 2026.

Do you know someone who might benefit from this?
Share the program with them. Your one message might change someone’s year.
