Oxygen Consortium

The Oxygen Consortium is a global alliance of donor organizations dedicated to fostering well-being and driving systemic change. Together, we support organizations and individuals with multi-level expertise to create resilient communities and shape the future of social change in Europe and beyond.

Our mission

The Oxygen Consortium is committed to enhancing the resilience and well-being of activists within the European civil society sector, focusing on those advocating for human rights, democracy and social justice. Our mission is to empower organizations with robust leadership and support activists through effective conflict resolution and self-healing practices. By fostering a culture of care, the Consortium works to implement safety mechanisms that protect against psychological burnout, financial instability, and physical threats. Through peer support and solidarity networks, we aim to strengthen the overall mental and physical health of activists, ensuring a sustainable and thriving civil society.
